We’ve been creating accessible websites for councils for a number of years now, and as that side of the business has been steadily growing, we took the decision recently to create a standalone website. Launched this week, our new site found at www.zonkeycouncilwebsites.co.uk allows us to go into a bit more detail about the features and benefits of choosing to use Zonkey for the build of a WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 compliant website.
We’ve included detailed features of our bespoke WordPress platform, as well as case studies of recent council sites we’ve built, and extensive resources about the workings behind our theme.
We’re hoping to continue to grow our council business over the coming year and this provides us with a good base to work from.
Oh, and it also means we’re one step closer to designing and launch this website, as that has been on the cards for a number of years now! Who knows, maybe we’ll get that launched in 2024 as well.
