Natural Spa Factory supply some of the UK’s most well known spas and hotels with both professional and retail spa products. They previously sold through mail order and wanted to have an online presence to be able to display their product range but also offer a secure online purchasing facility.

The first version of the site we built was at the end of 2010 using Magento it and featured both a trade and retail section.

In December 2012 the site was relaunched with an updated version of Magento and new themes for both the Retail and Trade sections of the site.

The trade products are on view but no prices are displayed until a customer registers and has been approved as a trade customer. They can then order from the site and pay using a secure credit card facility.

We’ve integrated the Magento site with an online accountancy package so invoices are automatically transferred from one system to the other. Orders are also automatically sent to the warehouse for shipping.

Magento has many outstanding features built in and was an ideal choice for this website. The powerful admin system allows different types of products to be input and there are reports and other facilities for order handling and processing.
